What is the First Year Experience Program?
The FYE Program goes beyond traditional orientation to provide ongoing support, resources, and opportunities for growth throughout your first twelve months at KU. We believe that when new employees feel informed, connected, and valued, they are better positioned to thrive in their roles and contribute meaningfully to the university's mission.
Your first year journey includes:
