Register for our New Employee Welcome & Resources session to jumpstart your journey at the university.
Session Description
This introductory session provides new KU employees with a broad overview of key university services, benefits, and resources. Held in a hybrid format, the session covers topics such as KU history and traditions, employee benefits, wellness programs, campus safety, and resources.
Attendance is encouraged within the first 30 days of employment. Please note that in-person capacity is limited to 26 attendees. A virtual option is available for those working remotely or if the in-person session reaches capacity.
Registration Requirements
To register for either session format, you must have access to MyTalent. This access may take up to 24 hours after completing HR onboarding. If you're unable to access the registration system, please wait 24 hours and try again.
Choose Your Format
- In-Person: Join us on campus for the full interactive experience with networking opportunities and hands-on materials
- Virtual: Participate remotely while still receiving the complete session content and opportunities to connect with fellow new employees.
