New Employee Welcome & Resources Sessions

The New Employee Welcome & Resources session is your gateway to understanding and thriving at KU. This foundational orientation introduces you to the essential aspects of life and work at the university, helping you discover key services, understand your benefits, and connect with the resources designed to support your success from day one.

These sessions are offered twice monthly in a hybrid format, allowing you to participate either in-person or virtually. While both options provide full session experience, in-person attendance is highly encouraged for interactive networking opportunities, refreshments, and hands-on materials. We recommend attending a session within your first 30 days of employment to get the most value from your early KU experience.
